Telehealth -- Videoconferencing Available

Welcome to my practice The Beachwood Center, PLLC. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist working in the Williamsburg area. I work exclusively with adults (ages 18 and up) in individual therapy. Common goals of my clients include relieving depression and anxiety, adjusting to life transitions, improving self-confidence, or working through grief and loss. Former clients have described me as warm, welcoming, genuine, and honest. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can reflect on their life and concerns. Together we work to develop an individualized plan to address goals. I believe within each of us exists an innate sense of growth, wisdom, and healing that can be drawn upon to either resolve concerns or make important changes. At various times in our lives we need additional support or objective feedback to tap into these natural healing processes. I draw heavily on research findings and evidence-based practices in clinical psychology to inform goal setting and therapy.
